Customers may request cancellation of a service order before work has commenced.

Once project planning, consultation, development, design, research, implementation, or any billable work has begun, cancellation requests may be accepted at our sole discretion.

If cancellation is approved after work has commenced, Innoda Solutions reserves the right to deduct charges for work completed, resources allocated, and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.


3. Refund Policy for Services

Due to the nature of professional and digital services, refunds are generally not provided after services have been delivered, partially delivered, or work has commenced.

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.

  • Payment processed incorrectly due to a technical error.

  • Service cannot be delivered by Innoda Solutions for reasons solely attributable to us.

No refunds shall be provided for:

Any approved refund shall be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.


4. Cancellation Policy for Product Orders

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Innoda Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.


5. Return Policy for Physical Products

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product received is defective.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Customers must notify us within the return window and provide photographs or other evidence supporting the return request.

Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation, wherever applicable.
